If you have a fungus it can be there for a few reasons. One running barefoot in a bad environment or what you thought was a good environment and you picked up a fungus.

There is 2 ways of doing it. One way you can be done in one week and the other takes several months.

First the long way. Simply get a clear vinegar and keep a small bottle in the bathroom and simply dab on the infected area with a cotton swab. The vinegar will kill the growth slowly over time.

Second the fast way. Find a bowl or something that you can fit your foot or feet into and fill just over the top of your foot(just about where the base of the foot meets the ankle).

Soak your foot in the vinegar once a day for a straight week (important you do not skip a day!).
Even the week after it will look like you might still have the fungus but you will see with in a month it will be gone. You can use the same vinegar each day, just keep it covered or it will stink up the place!
